Vision Personal Training – Online Video Strategy

Purpose
Launching a new website, Vision Personal Training enquired how video could connect with their audience, clearly show the organisations unique position and deliver ongoing training and support services to increase customer retention.

Proposal
The initial proposal included a range of web videos focussed on the organisations primary requirements:
  • Group Video to educate new customers;
  • Weight Loss Challenge Video to promote the organisations main service;
  • Testimonial Video hearing from know ambassadors within Vision;
  • Employment Video to focus on best staff; and
  • Franchise Video to promote franchise opportunities to investors.

The ongoing video strategy including developing a range of education and promotional video content for the public and private websites including cross promotion through in-studio digital media and social media such as You Tube and Facebook. Currently over 25 videos have been viewed more than 10,000 times collectively each month with Vision TV launching in June.

Result
‘Time on page’ and ‘click throughs’ increased dramatically following the insertion of video content across the Vision PT website.
The 9 Week Weight Loss Challenge had the most ever sign ups with the average viewer watching between 75% to 100% of the promotional video.
